Hello again, and welcome back! After some healthy and helpful un-gratitude ( tackled in yesterday's blog) and expressing negative emotions, I want to go deeper and tackle one specific feeling: envy.

LEARN TO FREE YOUR ENVY

That's right, envy! Yes, we are living in an abundant universe where all possibilities are open to us. Nevertheless, sometimes it is annoying (let's be honest here) when others have things/do things that you've always wanted to do/have, but you never did/had. Well, free yourself from it. Pay attention to your envy and what is going on behind it. Why are you envious? If you say this does not apply to you, you are not the envious type, then you must be one of those unicorn humans. Lucky you! Envy is hardwired in human beings; it is there to show us what we are really feeling, thinking and, most importantly, needing. But we have not allowed ourselves to pursue it. For whatever reason (insert fear here). Don't fight envy; investigate what's beneath it. What dream have you given up that's refusing to die? What have you always needed but were too ashamed or scared to ask for? Acknowledge whatever it is. Forgive yourself. And then decide if you still really want it ( the dream). And most importantly, what are you going to do about it. Either way, you are in charge. Change starts from within. See you tomorrow x #BeYourBestSelf #FreeYourEnvy
