Embrace imperfection, be friends with it and STILL be your Best Self - is that even possible? When we accept ourselves, we're able to embrace every part of ourselves unconditionally and being perfectly imperfect. We talked about this yesterday but I'd like to go a bit deeper, as perfectionitis is a disease too many of us seem to suffer from. But there is a cure. Imperfectionism. Perfectionism is a curse. It is a limiting mindset that leads to constantly postponing action in the never-ending pursuit of perfection. Imperfectionism is about living outside the lines. Endless possibilities, where you can make mistakes (it's called pivoting - just saying ;-)). And also minimal self-judgment (you are pivoting, after all, learning and then trying again until it works).

EMBRACE IMPERFECTION

Have you got a friend that is a bit of an a**, makes mistakes, sometimes embarrasses you, but you still love him/her/them? Well, it is time you do the same with the parts of you that you are ashamed of. They are part of you, and you can't keep running away from them (they are just going wherever you go). And they are part of what makes you who you are and unique. Believe it or not, you can be happier, healthier, and more productive at doing what matters to you. And embrace imperfection and your power, perfectly imperfect. Totally fabulous.
