Let's talk a bit more about Mental Health - you can't be your Best Self without managing this aspect of your life. Mental health problems are more common than you think as we all go through times when we feel down or stressed or frightened. And, most of the time, those feelings pass. However, sometimes, they worsen, and that could happen to anybody.

"You don't have to struggle in silence. Be Un-silent.

You can live well with a mental health condition, as long as you open up to somebody about it" - Demi Lovato

Everyone is different. Mental health is not static. It changes with circumstances as they change and as you change.

"At the root of this dilemma is the way we view mental health (in this country).

Whether an illness affects your heart, your leg or your brain, it's still an illness, and there should be no distinction " - Michelle Obama

Unfortunately, there’s still some stigma attached to mental health problems. People fear what they cannot see and understand. This makes people who are suffering uncomfortable to open up and talk about it. Heck, many people don’t even feel comfortable talking about their feelings; just imagine mental health issues. But it’s healthy to know and say how you’re feeling. Reach out and talk to someone. Don't suffer alone. See you tomorrow x Change starts from within; that's why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
