Commitment is the key to achieving self-improvement. It's never too late to start. And still treat your body (and yourself) with love and kindness, without torture and self-flagellation. So Yesterday we talked about how diets do not work. If you are planning to go/start another diet, I beg you: don’t. Because most diets promise fast results and focus on unsustainable restrictions.

Commitment is the key.

Should you need any proof of that, have a look at the remarkable story of Ernestine Sheperd, the world's oldest female bodybuilder. I knooow, right? Totally inspirational. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=na6yl8yIZUI&list=LL&index=2 It is never too late to start if you have a purpose. It can be good both for yourself (health, body and self-esteem) and others (inspiring). Self-acceptance is the key and doorway to our authentic power and Best Self. And commitment is the key. PS: Did you know that May is Skin Cancer Awareness month too? Raising awareness of the dangers of unprotected sun exposure and educating the public about ways to help prevent skin cancer. For more info, go to the Skin Cancer Foundation. See you tomorrow x Change starts from within; that’s why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 – a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
