Hello there, and Happy Frida! It is the end of another week; time definitely flies ... I'm going to end this week with some thoughts about cleaning up. You say, what??? Cleaning up? What has this got to do with being my best self? Hear me out ...

CLEAN UP

Being your best human self also means positively impacting others and the world. In this case, I'm talking about cleaning the planet a bit of the time. One person at the time. And as simple and easy as spending a couple of minutes a day picking up litter or beach cleaning. Whatever it is. And whatever you can. When you can. There are charities (like Thames21, for example) that you can check out that do precisely this. Or you can pick up some rubber gloves and a bin bag and get going, starting from your neighbourhood, perhaps? It is good for the planet and good for your neighbours. And it is definitely good for you ( I mean, you live there after all). But if you live in an extremely posh place where you can eat on the floor, then you can move to the next neighbourhood. Or park, or beach. As I said earlier, whatever it is, whatever you can, whenever you can. Let's clean up the planet a bit at the time. Let's take ownership and not wait. Together!
