We all feel we deserve to treat ourselves. And chocolate definitely gives the feel-good factor. Science says that good quality chocolate is a source of 'happiness'. As a result brain activity is affected because of endorphins, the mood-enhancing hormone.

I am a low to zero sugar person. But I still do LOVE chocolate. The darker, the better. And I don't know if it is the taste, the smell or just the experience of treating myself. However one can't really argue with indulging yourself some times and showing yourself a bit more love.
