ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: Be your best self - #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within -Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist

To inspire in others a desire to change, you can only do it by becoming nobler and change yourself. This is always the first step.

"To inspire in others a desire to change for the better is truly noble; but this you can only do by leaving them alone, and becoming more noble yourself" - Christian D. Larson

You can't force/push others to change. They can't. And they'll just resent you from trying to change them. They can only do so when they are ready - leave them free to change naturally.

"The power to change the world starts with us first changing our belief and ourselves" - Gail Lynne Goodwin

And if they can see a positive difference in your results, they will be inspired to change too. You need to lead for people to follow, and that is lead by example.

"Be the change you seek is not just a fancy hashtag". It is a way of being, of thinking and acting. It is a way of living. Every day. In every moment. With every person.

It is about taking ownership and responsibility for your life, your actions and your impact on others. You need to change first. Always. You will feel empowered, in control of your life and contributing to make the world ( or whatever you choose) a better place. Being your Best Self.

See you tomorrow x Training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
