November

Hello everyone and welcome back! It is a brand-new month, and with it, new goals, new challenges, and new objectives. Aren’t you excited? I know I am! November, for me, is without a doubt, one of my favourite months. And not just because I release my new book today, yes, Gabrielle is available, but because today marks the beginning of National Novel Writing Month #NaNoWriMo. As an author, I am ecstatic about the coming days as I will take you through my journey of writing my novels, and at the same time, look at the lessons we have learned together as we continue becoming our best selves!

November – for change, for growth

Today is All Saint’s Day, and tomorrow is All Souls Day. As a Christian, these days are important to me. It is on these days that we take an opportunity to commemorate the faithful departed. And in doing so, we learn to live with peace in our hearts, and we grow to become better people, inside and out. This month, we will have the opportunity to give thanks, as Thanksgiving is coming up. And as I always say, by showing appreciation in any small way, we find that we learn to appreciate ourselves, too. November is a month of internal evaluation and as we have a day dedicated to stress awareness, I look forward to sharing with you some tricks and tips on dealing with stress in your life. Of course, it is our writing month and journaling will be a major conversation topic for us, as we get those thoughts out of our heads and onto our pages. It is an exciting month, indeed, and I look forward to sharing this month with you. So, get your pens out, circle the date, and know that through this month, we will discover exactly why the pen is mightier than the sword! I can’t wait to get started. Until next time x
