Being Your Best Self means focusing on yourself holistically; attractiveness and good looks are not dependable on size and shape. The idea of beauty is always changing and is getting more inclusive for sure. Beauty is cultural and personal and a reflection of our values. And as this definition continues to expand, it makes room for all types of women. And we are hopefully moving toward a culture where everyone is welcome. The idealized version of beauty in the pages of magazines or on the runways takes full teams of stylists, makeup artist, expert lighting and photography to achieve. We have not arrived at a utopia yet where people are not judged on their beauty (or colour, race, sexuality, sexual inclination, gender and so on). We have a long way to go. And to be honest, I don't know if we ever will get there. But, you know what?

If you retain nothing else, always remember the most important rule of beauty, which is: who cares? Tina Fey
