ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within - Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist - Be intentional

Hello again. Another day, another step toward your fabulous best self with some more practical insight. Yesterday I talked before about building habits that will support you toward your Best Self and your Best Life with dedication, repetition and discipline anding mix pleasure with hard work. I mean, literally mix, not doing the pleasure activity afterwards as a reward. Mix it up so you rejoice and entertain yourself whilst on your journey.

BE INTENTIONAL

But to build lasting happiness means also being intentional with your choices. The big ones and the small ones. Intentional in what you choose to say and what you choose to not say. Intentional in how you live, in what you buy. Find out the "why" behind the things you do, and say and the people you have in your life. Understand if you gave an attachment to things, goals or people because of your fears or the belief that achieving something, having something, or being in a relationship ( as opposed to being single) give you comfort or impresses people. Rather than being authentically you. See you tomorrow x #BeYourBestSelf #BeIntentional #Followme on Twitter and Instagram or buy my books.
