The relationship with yourself is the longest and most intimate you will ever have. Both Self Love and Self Lust are necessary for having a thriving relationship with you. The idea is to recognize and appreciate your own sexuality and worthiness. Not talking about being narcissistic and/or obsessing over an image. When you can look at yourself in the mirror and find yourself attractive, the channels of self-confidence and aliveness open. Being in touch with your sexual magnetism and sexual energy is vital because sexuality is humanity’s most profound, most primal form of self-exploration and self-expression. And the more secure and self-assured you feel about your attractiveness, the more you will notice the glorious spectrum of beauty in others. As a result, there's no need for competition or comparison. it doesn't get any better than that! See you tomorrow x
