Being your Best Self means taking control of your own life, no matter what. It is a scary thought.

It means taking ownership and responsibility for everything that happens in your life. E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. And that is scary, indeed. It is much easier to blame someone else. But, by doing that, you give power to external forces. Power over your life. STOP IT! You can do it.
