Hello there, Yesterday I talked about having habits that support you and enable you to live your best life, in good or bad times. When life throws you curve balls all the time, you need to have habits that support you.

AUTHENTIC TO YOU ROUTINE

You are what you think and habitually do. It is, therefore, of great importance to build a routine that is authentic to you. What do I mean by this? There are plenty of examples of routines of successful people out there, and now, with social media, this has been amplified to an extreme extent. Don't get me wrong; they are all good for those people. But this does not mean those routines will also be good for you. You need to construct and practice habits that speak to you, to the type of person you want to become, that work with and enhance your current lifestyle whilst learning something and working toward your better self. If you are not a morning person, trying to wake up at 4 am because it works for some billionaire entrepreneur in Silicon Valley will not do you any good. Build on your strengths rather than your weaknesses. Enhance what you have and what you like, and you will get there effortlessly and quicker. You want to be your Best Self, not someone else's Best Self. Be authentically you, even in your routine/habits.
