Hello and Happy Friday. Following your requests on the topic, yesterday we discussed continuing your daily habits whilst on holiday (different surroundings, with other people etc.). So today, I will tackle the "do I need to continue with my daily habits?" part. Seriously?

"As a man thinketh, so is he" - Proverbs 23:7

You can't escape yourself and your thoughts. Because you take you wherever you go. You never stop thinking. What has this got to do with daily habits? First, the common traits of successful people ( in any field) are 1) knowing what they want and 2) the relentless pursuit of it, no matter the circumstances and what people say. This means doing what needs to be done day in and day out with discipline and focus. You build your life with your daily habits.

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit" - Aristotle

Consistent thoughts lead to action and become feelings and beliefs. Focus your thoughts on who you want to be. Crystallise your thoughts into daily actions (habits) to become who you want to be. Even on holiday. You can't do them all? Do a few but do something. And thinking, well, thinking can be done from your sun lounger ... As a man thinketh (or woman), so is he (or she/they).
