Hello there! Today is a speedy blog discussing the most important topic of all: YOU and your health.

ARE YOU LOOKING AFTER YOURSELF?

I know this should be a given, but we both know this is not always the case. Day-to-day life and all its complexities take over; we rush to achieve deadlines and goals and look after other people, and we forget about ourselves. Remember the saying, "You can't pour from an empty cup"? Very appropriate here. And it is even worse when it is a broken cup. Persistent thoughts create emotions. Emotions can affect physiology. And physiology can affect mood/emotions and muddle up thoughts. The mind-body connection is ever so strong. So, no matter what, remember today and every day to look after yourself. Take time to look after your body and your mind. I have said it before: nutrition (whatever lifestyle/diet you choose), sleep, movement and time to clear your mind ( meditation). And no, you are not being selfish. Even cars need an M.O.T. and visits to the garage. You are no different. Change starts from within: mens sana in corpore sano. See you tomorrow x #BeYourBestSelf #LookAfterYourself

Do remember though to be respectful and kind – we can agree to disagree, no need to be nasty. Thank you.
