"Everything you can imagine is real", said Pablo Picasso. But for this, you need to cultivate and exercise your imagination. So today, I'm going to take myself on an artist date. An artist date is something I first read about in The Artist Way by Julia Cameron. An artist date? Say what? That's right, a block of time especially set aside and committed to nurturing your creative consciousness. You should try it. It is time for yourself by yourself, time to open yourself up to insights, inspiration and guidance - from your inner higher self. Do whatever sparks your fancy. Learn to listen to the child in you, what he/she needs and wants. Revive your long lost dreams, hobbies, passions. And release your creativity.

"Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun" - Mary Lou Cook Everything you can imagine is real ...

You do not need to be an "artist" for this. I know it sounds like an airy-fairy concept. But to become your Best Self, you need to have a good relationship with yourself, including intimacy. And being in touch with your own creative side. Your imagination and intuition. Nurture it. Everything you can imagine is real.

"Life is a great big canvas, throw all the paint you can on it" - Danny Kaye

So get going, plan some time and fill yourself up and let yourself go. See you tomorrow x Change starts from within; that's why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
