"Accepting yourself is about respecting yourself" - a Sunday reflection. This week has been a week of talking about how self-acceptance being the key and doorway to our true power whilst treating our body with kindness. Also how commitment is necessary to achieve self-improvement and self-discipline being an expression of self-love. And today it is time to pause and reflect. Sunday is the perfect day to review the past week and look ahead. But also the perfect day to think about the here and now. To be in the here and now. Because sometimes, in the never-ending quest for self-improvement, we lose the right here and right now moment. And forget to appreciate and honour ourselves for who we are now.

Accepting yourself is about respecting yourself.

It's about honouring yourself right now. Here today, in this moment.

Not just who you could become somewhere down the line" - Kris Carr

. We are good enough, right now, We are worthy of love, right now. And we should recognise this, every day. Imperfect, for sure. But authentic imperfect. Accepting, respecting and honouring ourselves right now.

"Because true belonging only happens when we present our athentic imperfect self to the world,

our sense of belonging can never be greater than our level of self-acceptance - Brene Brown

Sunda reflection over, see you tomorrow x Change starts from within; that's why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
