Hello there, Happy Monday and welcome back Mondays are apparently the most "blue" days in the week. Being that the weekend is over or the start of a new week in a job that doesn't satisfy us that much. And now that we are speedily marching toward winter, it is even easier to feel blue with shorter sunny days. But you can change that with a sunshine state of mind.

Yes, that's right. You can choose to look at things from a brighter perspective and enjoy the little (or big) things coming your way. Savour the seasonal fruit and vegetable and festivities to come. Enjoy dressing up and cuddling up in nice cosy blankets. And even make the most of the barmy weather and the intermittent sunshine whenever it comes your way. Look at the best in things and live in the moment. We have seasons for a reason; Mother Nature needs them, and so do we.

“The heat of autumn is different from the heat of summer. One ripens apples, the other turns them to cider.” - Jane Hirshfield, The Heat of Autumn.

So enjoy this time and think: Christmas is just around the corner - isn't it wonderful? See you soon x #BeYourBestSelf #SunshineStateofMind #Followme on Twitter and Instagram or buy my books My Books
