Hello again, and welcome the #SmashYourCeiling: Be Your Best Self Around The Year. 365 daily inspiration to silence your inner critic and unleash the power that is within you.FEED YOUR MIND DAY 309 - READING EXTRACT
"... You all know the Great Law. ... like produces like. What we sow in thought, we reap in experience. .... yet in spite of this, (people) continually use the Great law for their own destruction.
They would not dream of pouring .... broken glass in their food, but they do something just as foolish every time the think, speak, or act negatively. ...
In future, when you catch yourself thinking negatively, immediately switch to what you know about the Truth of Being."
If you are skeptical about this, e.g., you don't believe that your reality reflects your thoughts, try it out intentionally. Carry out an experiment: for a week, four times a day for ten minutes, affirm something that you want and keep your mental diet 'clean' for the rest of the day (meaning don't dwell in negativity, stop yourself). By the end of the week, you'll see that thing will be in your reality, in one form or another. See you tomorrow x
