The advantage of a written prayer like this (Psalm 18) is that it makes you think powerful thoughts, and, as you know, it is the right thought that demonstrates.

The change brought about in your thinking does the work. ... God is your rock, and your fortress, and your deliverer, your strength and your buckler."

God in You, the power within you is your rock, accessible at any time. Use prayer, in this case, Psalm 18, or anything else that inspires positive constructive thoughts rather than fear. You have the strength that you need right now. See you tomorrow x
