Hello again, and welcome the #SmashYourCeiling: Be Your Best Self Around The Year. 365 daily inspiration to silence your inner critic and unleash the power that is within you.FEED YOUR MIND DAY 27 - READING EXTRACT
"It is an unbreakable mental law that you have to forgive others if you want to demonstrate over your difficulties and to make any real spiritual progress. You must forgive injuries, not just in words or as a matter of form, but in your heart - and that is the long and short of it. You do this not for the other person's sake but for your own sake. Resentment, condemnation, anger, and desire to see someone punished are things that rot your soul. Such things fasten your troubles to you with rivets. They fetter you to many others problems that actually have nothing whatever to do with the original grievances themselves.." Please do bear in mind that this does not mean that crimes should not be punished or you shouldn't seek justice. Do what you have to do but do not keep carrying the baggage with you. Let it go. Remember, your subconscious mind is always listening. If you keep talking about grievances, it will bring you things you can grieve about. and you don't want that, do you?See you tomorrow x
