I really like this quote and I don't think there is much to add to it. Not really. All there is to do is for you to take the opportunity today to take a break and ponder: what is really important in your life? Self-care tip: Before going to sleep, acknowledge your day and the people around you. And as you drift asleep, notice your body and relax from your head to your toes. Then think about what and who is important to you, and finally send them your thoughts, love, peace and gratitude. Find the spirit of Christmas in everyone and in yourself.
