But the only way forward to end injustice, conflict etc. etc. is to stop talking and start listening for a change. Listen to what others have to say, whether we might like it or not. Listen and then try to understand. Not cancel. The Truth (not just Your truth) will not find you otherwise. Self-care tip: Open your heart and your mind. That's it.
