Hello there, and welcome back to the countdown to Christmas Day 17, Be Your Best Christmas Self.

"Don't let the past steal your present.

This is the message of Christmas: We are never alone."

- Taylor Caldwell.

Not everybody has family or friends or can spend Christmas with the people they love, for whatever reason: either for work (if you are one of those amazing emergency services people who work during the holidays to ensure our safety, THANK YOU!) or circumstances. Nevertheless, remember the message of Christmas: you are not alone. Join a community, in person or online, and feel connected. On the same note, if you know of someone who is alone, reach out and remind them that someone, you, are thinking of them. Self-care tip: Meditate into love and connection. Pause and ground yourself for a few minutes today. Put your hands on your heart and send some love. To yourself first. To your loved ones who have passed and to those afar. Send love to the world. Breathe. See you tomorrow x Countdown to Christmas: embracing old traditions and discovering new ways to bring the magic alive. Finding something in the Spirit of Christmas to make each day and ourselves better every day. #BeYourBestChristmas daily quotes to inspire/motivate, encourage, or just put you in a good mood and self-care quick tips. #SelfShorts #Followme on Twitter and Instagram.
