Get Rid Of Dead Weight - It's #MotivationMonday Last week we talked about surrounding ourselves with dreamers, people who can push us towards our dreams, hold us to account, to higher standards - remember Tony Robbins and the Marines story? Well, it is not just important to have people around us to elevate us; it is also important to get rid of dead weight:
  • naysayers,
  • constant naggers,
  • the ones constantly in a bad mood,
  • those who never accept responsibility and always blame others,
  • the ones who are along for a "free ride" and don't intend to contribute/support us in the climb.
Yes, it is important to remember where you come from, but nobody needs an anchor who keeps you perennially there and drags you down.
