Work On Your Strengths, But Protect Your Side. That's Right, Just Like A Boxer, A Trick To Accelerate Progress To The Max - It's #MotivationMonday. I know everybody tells you that you need to work hard on your weaknesses to improve your life, performance, etc. Me not that much. You see, first of all, having weaknesses is ok - everyone has them. But the point is you can work really hard on them, every day, and you'll become at most what? Just about average. On the other hand, if you work on strengths, the things that come naturally to you, you can achieve maximum results and become extraordinary with minimum effort. For example, you have a weakness where you are 4/10 and a strength where you are 7/10. It would take you a while and lots of dedication to move that 4 into 6 or a 7 to find out that many people are 'naturally' a 7 at the same thing. But to move an 8 to a 10 (or 12), it's not that hard, and it wouldn't take long either, but you would be way way way better than anybody else. Just like a boxer, though, look at your weaknesses like a boxer would: to protect your side, what makes you vulnerable. Nothing more complicated than that. #youcreateyourownreality #lifestyledesign #lifestyleedit #followme #like #share Business & Lifestyle Experimentation Blog for #TheWomanAlchemist #SmashYourCeiling #MondayMotivation
