"Tell Me What You Want, What You Really Really Want", Sang The Spice Girls. But For That You Need To Know What It Is And Then, Don't Be Shy - Ask For It - NOW. It's #MotivationMonday. Success means so many different things to so many different people; a survey carried out by LinkedIn showed that 4 out of 5 Britons have a different definition of success. What does success means to you? You need to have this picture clear in your mind to reach your goal, or you'll end up constantly chasing windmills like Don Quixote. "Imagination Is Everything. It Is The Preview Of Life's Coming Attraction," said Albert Einstein - so you:
  • imagine it
  • visualise it
  • surround yourself with dreamers
  • get it rid of dead weight
But how do you expect to get what you want/what you need if you don't actually ask? Even when you've surrounded yourself with dreamers, they are still not mind-readers: they won't' know what you actually need and/or want. And there is no shame in asking and showing you 'need' somebody's help (hey, pride is something that runs in my family, I get you...) There is no shame in not knowing everything either. Remember the simple phrase: you don't ask, you don't get?
