Difficult conversation to have at work : excessive body odour

Laura Mariani

ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: HR, Business and body odour

Ask if you can have a frank conversation and do acknowledge that you have been thinking about whether or not to approach the subject and you have decided to do so to help them avoid the embarrassment. Be kind - most people would want to know but be sensitive as you do not know the circumstances why (it could be all sorts of reasons and not necessarily just poor hygiene). I know, I know I said I was going to make it fun; well at least I kept it simple :-)

Hi there, I hope you enjoyed this post. Please do provide me with feedback.

I want to hear ‘the good, the bad and the ugly’. If you disagree with me or want to provide a different perspective, leave a comment. Tell me what’s on your mind.

Do remember though to be respectful and kind – we can agree to disagree, no need to be nasty. Thank you.
