ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: book review
Hello, my readers, I have been recently re-reading an oldie but goodie, a concise guide to self-help and motivation "Notes from a friend". I don't know if you are familiar with Anthony Robbins; I went to one of his seminars in London a few years ago and the guy is a force to be reckoned with. On the last day of the weekend event, I even managed to walk on fire. Yes, that's right, I did and so did hundreds of people who were there. This mini-book (only 77 pages if we discard the intro and index) is a condensed version based on the concepts he used/described in the best seller Awaken the Giant Within and can be used as a reminder of the fundamentals it takes to truly succeed in creating and enjoying a quality life. Whatever success means to us, isn't that what we all want after all? Some of the ideas in the book, to name just a few, are:- Feeling Overwhelmed - How to Turn It Around
- There Are No Failures
- The Unstoppable You: Decision Maker
- Build your Beliefs and...Blast Off
- How Setting Goals Can Build your Future
If you can find it in print (or in a local charity shop perhaps) get it, read it, devour it, digest it.
You will thank me for it.
