The PeopleAlchemist Edit: change & transformation, business & lifestyle experimentation for TheWomanAlchemist - behind the scenes

Hello there, and welcome to another of my Behind the Scene blog. Reboot and Reinvent, quite a title, uh? We spoke before about how I am now embarking on the next stage of my author journey. As I said in my previous blog, I want 2022 to be a year of consolidation and expansion. I am not content to write the next book, publish, market and repeat. I want to continue to advance and support women in business. And I want to continue to differentiate myself as a writer so that you continue to find value in what I share and follow my curiosity.

My new book is out

My new book is now out. 90 Days To Reboot Your Career: How To Reinvent Yourself, Your Career And Your Life is a practical and straightforward, direct-action personal improvement guide, written with the sole objective of helping every woman who reads to achieve what she desires in her career. A pocket (ok, handbag) coach helping you, nudging you, sometimes shouting at you if you give up or makeup too many excuses. It is a tool to enable women to take control of the dreams they have for their career your life and become the creator of their reality. Mixing Law of Attraction with positive self-image psychology the book enables and supports women empowerment in true alchemist style. You will be unstoppable once you have controlled and directed your mind toward your goal/s and beliefs. It is a personal and portable coach to achieve success. If you are interested, the book is available from the usual suspects, from Amazon and, of course, from myself.

Reboot and reinvent

In the same vein as the book, I continue to reboot and reinvent myself and my business. In practice, I'm changing some aspects of the core products or services I offer. To shift my target audience, boost sales and meet different customer demands. E.g. less consulting and more writing and publishing. When you make a significant change in your life, you have to be confident that you project that to the outside world. Apologizing or acting defensive will encourage negative interactions with others and make the transition more difficult. You need to be sure about your why. My why:
  • Firstly, I want to be in control of my life
  • Secondly, I want to be fulfilled working in a more creative way doing creative work.
  • Finally, I want to be able to work from anywhere.

Making big changes can be scary, but I'm more afraid of not changing. What's worse, making a change that doesn't work out or just waiting and doing nothing out of fear? Of waking up ten years from now and seeing that you're still on the same path because you were afraid to make a change. What about you? What changes should you be doing in your life, business or career but you are too scared to take action? What are you waiting for?
