Write for Your Life Day 25  - I Am Now Completely Willing To Be A Complete Success. The most significant single factor in determining whether or not you succeed as a writer ( or whatever else you fancy) is the belief you hold about yourself, your writing ( your value). And everything around you. You can do anything you believe you can do. Period. I have always been a believer in the power of your mind. I even wrote a book about it called, amazingly enough, "STOP IT! It's all in your head". In the book Write For Your Life, Block gives a personal example of how he held himself back by writing inferior books. This is because he didn't believe he deserved to be rich and famous. Consequently, he kept on self-sabotaging whenever he got near enough to succeed and "upgrading". Thanks to Lawrence for sharing. I know I'm talking here as if he is actually going to read this blog. It's called wishful thinking (belief is everything, right?). Well, at least I'm sending my thanks in spirit.
