Hello there, we have been talking so far about developing our Best Self. And we have been practising self-love. For me, this should also be healthy sexual self-love. Say what? Yes, that's right—sexual self-love.

Let me explain. Self-love mirrors the relationship we have with our sexuality. And sexuality is rooted in how we understand and define ourselves. Is a multi-dimensional mix of all sort of factors. And this mix encompasses our feelings about our body. Plus confidence level in relating intimately to someone else. Emotionally and physically. Besides, how we feel about our body affects our ability to express ourselves. Sexually. As you can see, it is all connected. Therefore, awareness of how we feel about our bodies helps. Because the reality is, we are inherently sexual beings.

And, Self-knowledge is a path towards our Best Self. Simple, non? See you tomorrow x Change starts from within; that's why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
