Hello again, We have explored so far different ways to become your Best Human Self: donating blood, and sharing your food /vision with someone who needs it. And develop the kindness habit. You know, it is cool to be kind ... Is there more that you/I can do? Of course, there is. What about walking a dog?

WALK A DOG

Yep, that's right. There are many dog lovers out there who, for example, would love to have a dog but they cannot because of living arrangements/restrictions or life circumstances? Well, you could "volunteer" and offer to walk the dog of an ill or elderly neighbour. Or connect with a charity/shelter that welcomes animal lovers to take their dogs out for a stroll. For example your local RSPCA centre in the UK ( check out the blog A Guide to voluntary dog walking), Hartz in the USA. That would help the shelter, the dog and you. Win-win. To be fair, if you are a dog lover, definitely will benefit you to be around a four-legged friend. And it is an excuse for a long walk (aka moving away from the desk/going outside also called moving your butt/exercise - which is free and does wonders for your physical ad mental health too). If that is not a win-win, I don't know what is. Go on, you know you want to ... Be your best human-dog-friendly self. See you tomorrow x #BeYourBestHumanSelf #walkadog
