Hello there, are you ready to unlock, ignite and transform your life and tell your story? That's right, for the last two weeks, we have been writing your new story. Your new body/health, prosperous life, fantastic career and family life and your lover. Hopefully, you have perfected that story over the weekend and yesterday, and now you should feel really excited about it. If you haven't done the exercise/s, you know the drill; this is the time.

TELL YOUR STORY

Your Self-image, how you see yourself drives your life standards and results. Now that you know your new story, you should start telling your story. To yourself. Until it becomes part of you. Until it becomes you.

Like a method actor, you will now fully immerse yourself in your new character, your new Self-image.

"Work for the actor lies essentially in two areas: the ability to consistnely create reality and the ability to express that reality" - Lee Strasberg

Don't worry. We will go step by step. Each day adding something new. And then it will be up to you and repetition. If you think this is a bunch of woo-woo, and it is not going to work, I hear you. However, like the law of gravity, you don't have to believe or even understand it. It just is. And so is this, and there are plenty of examples of how this has worked for endless people. I'm sure, if you want to, you can find all the examples you want. On the other hand, if you think this is not going to really work for you, you can't change, it is going to be difficult and so on. STOP IT! Firstly, if you describe it as difficult, it will feel difficult for you, unnecessarily so. Secondly, you have changed plenty of times in your lifetime. Think about some habits, beliefs that you had as a child that you learned from your parents. And as an adult, they did not fit you anymore, and you decided to change. And you did. Ditto.

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT

The first step is now to tell your story. Every day. Every morning. And evening. Preferably out loud. As you read it, feel as if you already were like that. If you live with someone, partner or roommate, find the time and space when you can be alone and practice this. Remember, your higher Self is going to benefit everyone around you, too, in the end. Maybe it can become part of your morning and evening routine. It should. Keep your story pages next to your bed, so you see them as you wake up and go to bed and don't forget. This is important for two reasons:
  • in the morning, it sets up your day with a great vibe
  • in the evening, just before going to sleep, is going to sink in into your subconscious mind much more easily.
This is step one to create, build your new higher Self-image. See you tomorrow for step two. In the meantime, practice: "I am so grateful now that I am .... Grateful that I have ... I do .... It feels so good too....". Bye x

USEFUL READING

"Psycho-Cybernetics" by Maxwell Maltz. Psycho-Cybernetics is a terminology originally coined by Dr Maxwell Maltz in the 1960s, further explained in this bestselling book. Here, Maltz explains that our self-image controls our ability or inability to achieve any goal. In this book, you can find techniques for improving and managing self-image visualization, mental rehearsal and relaxation - a prescription for thinking and actions leading to quantifiable results—one of my 4 books of the month. Available on Amazon. Change starts from within; that’s why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 – a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
