Hello there and welcome back! finishing off the week talking not just about becoming our Best Human BEING Self and sharing the love, but saving a life.

SHARE YOUR VISION

Yep, that's right! Share your vision. I haven't gone extreme and completely bonkers saying you have to donate your eyes (physically). Having good eyesight, or just eyesight is a gift that we often take for granted. Many out there do not have this privilege. Well, you could share yours and help someone who is visually impaired or blind. How? There is a way to help like becoming a volunteer and helping someone who needs it when they need it, like checking expiring dates on food, navigating new surroundings and so on. I know it sounds small and silly but you'd be surprised what a difference it can make to someone who cannot see by themselves. There is an organisation you can sign up to an app that does just this: Be my Eyes.

“It's my hope that by helping each other as an online community,

Be My Eyes will make a big difference in the everyday lives of blind people all over the world.”

– Hans Jørgen Wiberg, Founder of Be My Eyes

Share Your Vision

A small act that can mean a lot. And if you do not want to volunteer specifically with this organisation, I'm sure you could use your initiative and do so with a neighbour. it is good for you and good for others - Be Your Best Human Self. See you tomorrow x #BeYourBestHumanSelf #ShareYourVision #BeMyEyes
