Today is Lesson 4 to build self-acceptance: celebrating success. In the previous lessons, we talked about how self-awareness and self-compassion help in building self-acceptance. Moreover how learning from your mistakes helps. Learning from mistakes and recognising patterns. And, when you notice your start with self-judgment and self-criticism, how these can be shifted into acceptance. But, even more importantly, celebrate.

Lesson 4 to build self-acceptance: celebrating success

Firstly, setting goals can be a helpful activity to develop self-acceptance. Secondly so is celebrating success. Each and every single bit of it. All the time.

Remember to celebrate milestones as you prepare for the road ahead" - Nelson Mandela

Every time you learn something new. Celebrate. When your hair looks good in the morning. Celebrate like you won the lottery. Celebrate every single success along the way of your bigger goals. Small and big. Pile them up. From every area of your life. In a never-ending cycle of reinforcement. And this is a booster for accepting what you can do.
