Hello there. We have been talking about persisting with new thoughts about yourself even though you do not believe them yet. Persistence is the key here, and no whining is allowed. Consciously or unconsciously, you are constantly thinking. You're generally thinking about something from when you wake up until you close your eyes to sleep (and sometimes, long after). Here we are talking about CHOOSING the new thought based on what SERVES you to have the life you want. Isn't that worth some effort? But today, I want to reconsider what I said on Monday and approach that subject, which can be summarised with everyone is you pushed out.

EVERYONE IS YOU PUSHED OUT

That's right! People are going to reflect on you the beliefs you have about yourself. But, additionally, they are also going to show up according to the belief you have about them. Your self-concept/self-image reflects on you every day of your life. So, if you want to change in a particular area of your life, you first need to change your thought about yourself in that subject. Everything starts with you. I have said this before, and I am repeating it. Repetition, remember? Ditto, people will behave around you the way you expect them to behave. Firstly, start expecting the best from people. Secondly, start expecting them to treat you well and are nice to you. Now, do not get me wrong: this does NOT mean accepting others' unacceptable behaviour ( because they are you pushed out). Hell no. Keep your boundaries and stand firm. Being disrespected or, even worse, abused is NEVER ok. N-E-V-E-R! See you tomorrow x #BeYourBestSelf #EveryoneIsYouPushedOur #Persist #Followme on Twitter and Instagram
