Hello there and Happy Friday! I'd like to end this week with a very simple ( yes, I know, again) mantra: Don't Worry, Be Happy. Because, after all, Happiness is what we are here for. And Happiness should be our purpose on Earth.

DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY

When we worry we focus on the wrong things: we focus on the problem and not the solution. We harbour fear, anger and resentment rather than joy, courage and generosity. But if we just lift our heads up and think of the infinite possibilities available to us, the solution will come. When our brain is troubled for whatever reason, we are more likely to have those trouble reflected in our life. On the other end, if the brain is untroubled and works well, we work well. And when we worry about the future, it's even worse because 1) we are feeling bad about something that isn't an issue right now and might never happen, and 2) we project negativity and everything that comes with it. We start not believing in ourselves for no reason. We can achieve anything we want to if we decide on it and focus. And that is applicable to Happiness too. Wouldn't now be a good time to start? Have a lovely weekend and I see you next week x Some more light entertainment to end the week - Bobby McFerrin and Be Happy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-diB65scQU #BeYourBestSelf #DontWorry #BeHappy
