Hello again, and Happy Monday! I want to start this week again with the mantra "Don't Worry, Be Happy" because ultimately this is (or at least should be) our life's purpose: being happy. All the accolades, the money, the houses or clothes, we are not taking with us when we leave this planet and they only give us a temporary rush. I have experienced this myself: I always wanted a Chanel bag. For ages, I dreamt about it, and one day I was able to afford it. I still remember the adrenaline rush I got into the Chanel boutique and bought it. And then, after a while, it subsided. Don't get me wrong, I still have it and wear it. But that's not the point. The point was not getting "the thing". It was the feeling of achievement it gave me. The feeling. Life is about experiences and "feelings": love, friendship and happiness.

BEING HAPPY

But being happy, though, is a practice. We need to choose to be happy. And focus on the infinite possibilities available to us. If our brain is untroubled and works well, we work well. We can achieve anything we want to if we decide on it and focus. Including Happiness. It is a daily choice and practice. Monday, the beginning of a new week, is the perfect time to start. You can create a new life, a new path, any time, any day you choose. Including being happy. Wouldn't now be a good time to start? I know I'm repeating what I said on Friday but, hey ho, repetition is the mother of all skills. See you tomorrow for some more happiness x #BeYourBestSelf #Happiness
